Crispin Glover stops by....

Yeah...that Crispin Glover.

We had to rub our eyes and shake our heads a bit, but sure enough - the lanky actor/author/performance artist/gadfly showed up and brought down the house three nights in row with his book slide show and truly bizarro personal film "What Is It?"

Of course, there was a little excitement - along with the usual weirdness that follows celebrity, but this was more than we expected. From the moment Crispin fell head first into the side staircase after tripping on the stage floor, to the long lines of devoted fans who kept the doors open to the wee hours, it was quite the event.

Here's to you, George McFly.....
